1、 Tender description

1.1 Regardless of the result of the bidding, the bidder shall bear all the expenses for the preparation and submission of the bidding documents, and the tenderee shall not be responsible for any of these expenses.

1.2 This bidding document is an important basis for the bidder to prepare the bid and sign the contract. The bidder is expected to pay attention to it.

1.3 The bidder shall carefully survey the construction site, be familiar with the site topography, roads and surrounding environment, and understand all information and market risks that may affect the bid price. However, the bidder shall be fully responsible for the correctness of the data and information obtained, and the cost shall be borne by the bidder. Once winning the bid, the bidder shall not ask for additional compensation or extension of construction period under the pretext of not fully understanding the construction site. If the requirements are submitted, the tenderee will not make any consideration.

1.4 The competition measures to be adopted by the bidder shall be listed in detail in the bidding document, and shall be excluded or exempted in the relevant quotation in the bidding document.

1.5 In the bidding activities of the project, the bidder must be represented by the legal representative or the client of the legal representative of the enterprise. It is not allowed to assign personnel of other construction units to participate in the bidding. If any is found, it shall be treated as abandoned bidding.

1.6 It is strictly prohibited to subcontract the project.

1.7 The bidder shall participate in the bidding activities of the project on time according to the schedule specified in the bidding documents. In case of any discrepancy or incompleteness in the documents, the bidder shall be disqualified. If the bid is rejected, the bid is withdrawn halfway after bidding or the bid is accepted and the contract is not signed with Party A within the specified time limit due to delay for various reasons, the tenderee may re select the contractor.

2、 Project Overview:

2.1 Project Name: pile foundation project of Huizhou Xinyu human Technology Park Phase 1 of Huizhou Xinyu human Technology Co., Ltd.

2.2 Project location: Dongjiang science and Technology Park, Zhongkai high tech Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.

2.3 Project Overview: the project is located in Dongjiang high tech Industrial Park, Zhongkai high tech Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The total land area of the project is 54991.20 square meters. It is planned to build three industrial plants, three dormitories and one complex building. The plant is a multi-storey plant, the dormitory building is a multi-storey building, and the complex building is a multi-storey single building, with a total building area of 106129 square meters. One three storey plant and one complex building are under construction in phase I Dormitory building (including the building area of the three-story factory building is 35113.47 square meters, and the building area of the dormitory building is 3091.48 square meters), with a total building area of 38204.95 square meters (the building area is only for reference and the specific building area is subject to the actual construction drawing). 2.4 Scope of work and requirements:

The scope of this quotation: the construction shall be carried out according to the design drawings of pile foundation, main standards and specifications, and the requirements of geological survey report designed by Hunan Construction Group Co., Ltd. (the average pile length is tentatively determined to be 15m, and the actual construction shall prevail). Including but not limited to the following: mechanical mobilization and demobilization of pipe pile, driving (pressing) pile, test pile, pile extension, pile cutting, fabrication and installation of national standard steel pile tip, filling concrete at the bottom of pile core (filling concrete at the pile head, sealing steel plate of pile core and inserting steel bar at pile head shall be completed by the general contractor), drilling exploration within 3M depth of pile position and removal of underground obstacles at pile position, unqualified pile and broken pile not caused by Party A Treatment: the pile head is used as the reserved reinforcement of lightning protection downlead, the treatment of pile cap meeting the static load requirements, and cooperating with Party A to complete the engineering pile detection, etc.

2.5. Contracting method: it is required to contract labor and materials according to the requirements of the drawings, and the cost of safe and civilized construction and all unforeseen costs in the process of construction. The comprehensive unit price shall be lump sum, and the settlement shall be made according to the bottom elevation of bearing platform plus 10 cm after completion. The comprehensive unit price includes labor, materials, machinery, management fees, profits, taxes, fees and all measures and unforeseen costs in the construction process.

Calculation requirements of quantities: the actual measurement length of single pile is the length from the pile bottom to the bottom elevation of bearing platform plus 10 cm for settlement.

The pipe piles of Huizhou Sanhe pipe pile, Huizhou Sanhuan pipe pile and Jianhua pipe pile factory shall be used. If the pipe piles produced by other pipe pile factories are used, they shall be reported to Party A and can be used only after the approval procedures are completed.

3、 Construction period requirements:

3.1 The construction period is 30 days, and the specific commencement date shall be subject to the notice of Party A.

3.2 Except for the force majeure and the delay caused by the employer, the construction period of the project shall not be postponed; for the delay caused by the force majeure and Party A, the construction period can be postponed, but the tenderee shall not be liable for breach of contract. If the construction period is delayed due to the tenderer's reasons, a fine of 5 ‰ of the total project cost shall be deducted from the project payment every day.

4、 Payment method of project payment:

4.1 No advance payment will be made for the project;

4.2 The project progress payment shall be settled at 80% of the completed amount of Party B (the settlement amount shall not be less than 3000m each time, excluding the last time);

4.3 The settlement can only be carried out after the project is completed and accepted by Party A and relevant quality inspection departments. Party B shall submit the project settlement data and pile foundation divisional project acceptance data to Party A within 30 days, and Party A shall complete the review and reply to Party B within 30 days after receiving the settlement data and signing for receipt. If Party B agrees to the settlement price of Party A, it shall confirm in writing to Party A, and Party A shall pay 90% of the settlement price to Party B within 15 days.

4.4 10% of the remaining settlement shall be paid without interest after the completion and acceptance of the main works.
