According to the patents published by the State Intellectual Property Office, Xin Yuren has obtained five patented intellectual property rights on SDC technology as early as 2017. One of the patents described in the invention Patent "New Double-sided Coating Method and Device": the device includes the front coating die and the reverse coating die, which are located at the inlet side of the drying oven. The tension roll contacts the front of the belt to change the forward direction of the belt and is divided into the reverse coating area and the front coating area along the forward direction of the belt. The reverse coating die head is arranged at any position in the reverse coating area. The electrode material is first coated on the opposite side of the material belt by the reverse coating die head. The front coating die head is set between the reverse coating die head and the drying oven, and the front coating die is used to coat the electrode material on the front of the material belt. The invention has the advantages of no leakage, no downflow of electrode material along the outer wall of the opposite coating head and uniform coating thickness.
